The bases of the Austrian automobile club ÖAMTC and ARBÖ and ASFINAG Service GmbH (MSG) in Salzburg and the MSG toll centers give windshield breaking a replacement sticker free of charge.
Warning: ARBÖ ÖAMTC and charge a processing fee for non-members from EUR 10.00!
broken windshield:
When broken windshield sticker is issued a replacement or replacement cost paid if a claim for compensation to a third party can not be found. This rule applies only to annual vignettes.
The following documents are required for this:
• copy of the repair bill of the workshop for the replaced windshield (please make sure to lead especially in company vehicles of drivers with) is
• The detached vignettes including the lower vignette section (backing)
• The completed, signed form for Vignette Replacement (for companies with stamp)
requirements for obtaining a replacement vignette in the event of total loss:
- original vignette (detached) including the lower vignette section
copy of the vehicle deregistration
- Total damage detection, the short-adjusting drying adoption facts (company signature standard with stamp eg workshop or scrapping companies - Important showing the total loss must be unique from it.)
- The completed, signed form for Vignette replacement (for companies with stamp)
